Tim Lawrence has been appointed a partner at Birmingham-based law firm Shakespeares as a specialist in asset finance litigation.
He joins from Moran & Co in Tamworth and will be responsible for business development and for work with new and existing clients.
Mr Lawrence works across the full spectrum of asset finance, assisting finance companies with recovery of vehicles, equipment, unpaid rentals and damages arising from the breach of all types of finance agreement.

Prior to his role at Moran & Co, Mr Lawrence worked at Irwin Mitchell as a litigation solicitor . He said: "Shakespeares has an excellent reputation earned by striving to deliver a high quality service to an impressive number of business clients.
