Birmingham-based Putsmans has announced the further expansion of its business services division with the arrival of Matthew Sutton, the eighth new partner for the practice in less than twelve months.
Mr Sutton joins the firm as it faces ever increasing demands for commercial legal work.
It was recently appointed legal advisors to the British Turned Parts Manufacturing Association and has experience in the SME market in all areas of law from contracts, terms and conditions to outsourcing work.
Terry Lipscombe, chairman and commercial partner, said: "Matthew's experience as an in-house lawyer in all his areas of expertise will be invaluable to our department. He has a great knowledge of not only the law but also the needs of our clients."
