One of Birmingham's longest established printers has collapsed with the loss of 48 jobs.
Receivers KMPG say family business Louis Drapkin owed unsecured creditors around £700,000 and it was was unlikely they would get their money back.
It is understood the business, based in Allcock Street, Digbeth, was founded at least 60 years ago.
Joint receiver Mark Orton said the firm went into receivership in the face of competition, falling turnover and squeezed margins.
He said: "It was a family business and the management team were understandably very upset to see it go."
Mr Orton said the firm printed brochures and leaflets.
