Solihull mobile communications specialist Phonebox is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan, which will see the company open eight B2B (business-to-business) offices across the UK in the next six months.
Since the company was founded by managing director Nigel Harrison in 1994, Phonebox has built up strong relationships with thousands of B2B customers, servicing these clients from its Solihull head office.
The potential for national success was realised after a Phonebox franchise was established in Elgin, Scotland in 2005. After witnessing the results the team achieved in Scotland, Phonebox decided to take its proposition nationwide.
The company said that a pilot B2B office opened in June in Swansea has proved a resounding success, with its profits helping Phonebox stay on target for a record year of sales.
The eight new offices, which are scheduled to open across the country in the first six months of 2008, will allow Phonebox to offer a local and committed service to companies in additional areas.
Oliver Rowe, sales director for Phonebox, said: "2007 has been a fantastic year for us, sales have never been better. We have a very aggressive expansion plan to re-create the strong proposition we have in the Midlands across the country. By opening regional offices we can continue to offer a local, personal and dedicated service to our customers."
