Staff at a Birmingham based recruitment agency have donated £500 to the training of a guide dog pup.
The money was collected through the Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG) payroll giving scheme after a suggestion by HR manager Carrie Blake in memory of Celia Davidson, a family friend who passed away earlier this year.
The Edgbaston company boosted the total raised to help the fundraiser hit the £5,000 target, allowing the family to choose the puppy’s name.
