Expanding payroll service specialist ICS Computing has chosen the Centenary Business Centre at Nuneaton as the base for its new Midlands operation.
Belfast- based ICS, which also has offices in London, Dublin and Newbury, has been supplying outsourced business services for more than 35 years. The new operation in Nuneaton will create several highly skilled jobs by the end of the year.
Business development manager Neil Cruuickshank said: "It was Centenary Business Centre's flexible approach and the suitability of the premises which first appealed to us as we considered the location for our new support centre.
"The functional environment complements the approach of forward thinking companies like ours.
"Centenary Business Centre offers us all the room and flexibility we need to support our growth plans over the coming months and years."
The 52-unit centre is intended to encourage and support start-up firms. Manager Paul Kerr said: "The message on the flexibility and cost advantage of serviced workspace is really getting home to businesses.
"We are witnessing an increasing number of firms relocating some or all of their workspace requirements away from the traditional and long-term lease scenario.
"Traditional leases are often inflexible as a tenant's floorspace requirements change, whereas flexible tenancy agreements have the advantage of providing companies with greater certainty over rent and maintenance costs and can be terminated at short notice."
