Norwest Holst, the Coleshill-based construction company owned by Vinci, has announced it is to integrate Stradform Midlands with Bromsgrove-based building contractor, Weaver.
It follows the acquisitions of the Stradform group of companies in January and Weaver in June last year.
Stradform has an annual turnover in the region of £75 million and undertakes contracts ranging in value from £3 million to £15 million in South Wales, the South West and Birmingham.
Weaver reported a record turnover of £43 million in 2006/7.
"This development further expands the company's presence in the Midlands and enables it to better service customers throughout the region," said Holst.
"At the same time, being part of a larger group will bring many benefits to both customers and employees, not least of which is increased financial strength, the ability to undertake larger projects and the availability of greater career development opportunities for employees."
Vinci's long term strategy is to develop a network of well established regional contractors throughout England and Wales.
Norwest Holst has a turnover in the region of £480 million and operates across the country.
