A new online system will enable fleet operators to have all the facts on their vehicles at the click of a mouse.

Ryland Unity Vehicle Solutions based in Coleshill has launched its new Weblease system as part of its website.

The system provides users with access to a whole host of features, including online quoting and fleet information.

Weblease is aimed at end user decision makers and administrators who can use the system to produce immediate vehicle quotations for both cars and light commercial vehicles, helping them to respond more quickly to any inquiries on the acquisition of new vehicles.

Once an order has been placed, progress and delivery can then be monitored online.

Additionally, fleet managers can use the system to help monitor their fleets, through the Fleet Facts functionality.

This feature provides access to vehicle information, from the engine size to the P11D taxation level, enabling fleet managers to source information quickly and effectively on each car on contract with Ryland Unity.

Stephen Dilley, managing director at Ryland Unity Vehicle Solutions, said: "The launch of Weblease is another example of our commitment to people and technology in partnership.

"This system means that even the smallest fleet can have direct access electronically to the information it needs day to day. However, this is only part of the partnership we have with our customers. It runs together with the personal relationship, not instead of it."

Ryland Unity Vehicle Solutions have also developed a version of its Weblease system, specifically for introducers and brokers.

Weblease is just one of the functionalities that Ryland Unity's new website has to offer. Users can also visit the site to gain information on duty of care, the company's products and services, as well as contacts and special promotions.

The new website is the final element of the company's launch which took place in March this year.
