Businesses have been helped to take off following a series of gliding events organised by Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber hosted a series of three corporate gliding events at the Soaring Centre, Husbands Bosworth.
About 100 businessmen and women were given the chance to network before taking control of a glider for 30 minutes.
Janet Ferris, head of marketing and membership a the chamber, said: "We are constantly on the lookout for different and interesting ways to bring nearby businesses together.
"The gliding events proved extremely popular."
