Commercial property agents Jarvie Bedhall Dixon, who are joint agents with Colliers CRE, has completed a number of lettings on Shenstone Trading Estate in Halesowen on behalf of A&J Mucklow.
Spirol Industries, part of the Connecticut-based Spirol Corporation, has taken 10,000 sq ft after purchasing the manufacturing capacity of GE Bissell.
The company, which makes fasteners for a wide variety of engineering requirements, needed more modern premises for its central location.
Jarvie Bedhall Dixon has also let 1,675 sq ft to Mobile Windscreens.
Duncan Bedhall, partner at Jarvie Bedhall Dixon in Halesowen, said: " The industrial letting market is still robust. Rents may be static but there is a steady demand."
David Rampling, director of leasing at A&J Mucklow, said: " It is particularly pleasing to be letting significant amounts of space to manufacturing companies.
"We have done particularly well in Halesowen in the last three months, having completed no less than 12 lets with a total area of 110,000 sq ft.
"Many of these lets were to existing Mucklow tenants expanding, and in most cases units becoming empty were filled very quickly, with literally keys being handed from outgoing tenant to new clients.
"It is a sound indicator of the continued strength of industry in the Halesowen area, where we only have three empty units to let at present."
