IT therapy, a new computer support service in partnership with electrical retailer Comet, has been launched in the Midlands, prior to national roll-out next year.
IT therapy has been developed for home and small business users, who often struggle to find reasonably priced, reliable support elsewhere - and aren't computer experts themselves.
The IT therapy experts can help with everything from setting up a computer or wireless network, to providing a full health and security check or general trouble shooting. They're also on hand if you simply want some helpful, honest advice.
Customers can find IT therapy in-store service labs at the Comet stores at Castle Vale and Solihull or they can call 0844 892 0999 to request that a fully trained expert visits their home or office to solve their computer headache.
Stuart Lacey, head of IT therapy, said: "We're thrilled to be launching the IT therapy service in the Midlands, where we realise demand for this service is particularly high.
"We know from our research that people are crying out for a reliable, trustworthy IT support service and we want to ensure that people are making the most of their computers and benefiting from the great things they can do, rather than spending all their time dealing with niggling problems.
"We're really excited about the prospect of bringing technological wellbeing to the Midlands."
