Stoford Developments has completed the biggest-ever pre let at its Stonebridge Cross business park near Droitwich.

Atchison Topeka, one of the UK's largest distributors of food ingredients, has made a £9 million move to a 130,000 sq ft warehouse at the AXA REIM-funded 77-acre park.

The 18-year-old Worcestershire firm has consolidated its three former sites across the county by signing a 15-year lease at a rent of £4.90 per sq ft on the temperature-controlled food-grade accommodation.

Mike Phillips, Atchison Topeka managing director, said: "The large size and superb location of our new warehouse at the hub of the UK motorway network will enable us to expand and provide an even better service."

Jason Adderley, a Stoford director, said he was delighted with the deal.
