Martineau Johnson, advised by property agency DTZ, has negotiated two sub-leases on its 63 Temple Row office building, which will bring in two professional firms to the building.
Legal firm Berrymans Lace Mawer has taken 7,804 sq ft of office space over the third and fourth floors, while BNB Tax Consultants has taken approximately 1,500 sq ft on the sixth floor.
Berrymans Lace Mawer and BNB Tax Consultants join tenants AIB and Search Consultancy in the building, which has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment of its main office areas. A further refurbishment of the common areas and reception area is currently under way.
These lettings leave 10,254 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation available for immediate occupation.
Matt Long, associate director at DTZ, said: "The continued refurbishment programme is likely to attract more professional tenants to this well-located building.
"Close to local amenities and transport links, the building offers views across St Philips cathedral and a prime, central location in Birmingham's professional district." ..SUPL:
