Shropshire law firm Manby & Steward has expanded its Bridgnorth office with the appointment of lawyer Simon Chesters.
Mr Chesters, who was previously based at the firm's Telford office for more than seven years, is a licensed conveyancer and will strengthen the expanding commercial property department.
He brings more than ten years' experience at Telford Land Registry to the team and will be responsible for providing guidance on property cases, including landlord and tenant agreements, lease renewals and commercial and residential developments, options and conditional contracts.
Mr Chesters said: "I'm really looking forward to getting to know the town and taking on new challenges at the Bridgnorth office."
Steven Corfield, branch partner at Manby & Steward, Bridgnorth, commented: " Simon will be a great addition to our team.
"His knowledge and experience will make our department even stronger and we are delighted to have him on board."
