For businesses in Birmingham, managing the technology essential to their success and growth can become a real issue as many struggle to find the time, budget, and expertise, to support their IT systems.
However, BT Business has now selected Birmingham as one of just 13 cities in the UK to have the first opportunity to experience its BT IT Manager service.
The new service gives SMEs access to the equivalent of their own IT manager, at a fraction of the cost of employing dedicated resource.
The company says that for as little as £37 per user, per month, BT IT Manager provides businesses with a single point of contact.
The service combines local, on-the-ground expertise and delivery, backed by BT's national support and reputation for innovation in the small business sector, allowing SMEs to pick and mix, creating a bespoke solution exactly right for their business.
Paul Evans, BT regional director, said: "We are dedicated to providing customers in Birmingham with the right level of service to maximise the value of their IT systems in the most cost effective way.
"Whether it's delivery of a PC, installing a network, running applications or general support and maintenance, we will ensure that all our customers have the right level of service and infrastructure to suit their own business needs and ambitions."
