Veale Wasbrough Vizards has boosted its real estate team in Birmingham, welcoming partner Clive Read and senior associate Julie Newell, both of whom join from SGH Martineau.
Mr Read provides advice on property development, planning and commercial property for a variety of public and private sector clients particularly universities, colleges, local authorities and commercial businesses.
Ms Newell specialises in mainstream commercial property and development work, acting for both landlords and tenants in the private and public sectors.
