Patent and trade mark attorneys Withers & Rogers has promoted two Midlands-based attorneys to partners.

Advanced engineering specialist David McWilliams and electronics, computing and physics expert Russell Barton have been made partners.

Chairman Adrian Chettle said: “We’re delighted to be able to recognise and reward expertise and talent.”
