Davies and Partners Solicitors has expanded its property and land teams with the appointment of three new specialists, Claire-Elaine Arthurs, Andrew Moodie and Mark Green.

Ms Arthurs joins the firm to head up its dedicated property litigation unit. She has extensive experience dealing with commercial, agricultural and residential property issues having worked with a number of national firms and as in-house counsel with British Telecommunications.

A former winner of the legal category in the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year awards in 2009, Ms Arthurs was also named Young Lawyer of the Year in 2012 by Warwickshire Law Society.

Solicitor Andrew Moodie and licensed conveyancer Mark Green join Davies and Partners' land development department.

Mr Moodie will be handling the firm's increasing portfolio of residential estate developments, while Mr Green's experience will be valued after many years working in-house as legal manager for a number of the UK's largest house builders.

Birmingham managing partner David Stokes said: "These highly experienced appointments are a boost to our expanding property and land teams.

"Claire-Elaine has extensive experience in property litigation and she will continue to grow this specialist department across the firm's four offices.

"Mark and Andrew are providing further expertise to our large land development team, which has seen a significant increase in its caseload over the last year. We are delighted to welcome them all to our team."
