Midlands law firm Thursfields has created a new team dedicated to serving organisations working in the technology, entertainment and media sectors.

Stuart Price, the solicitor leading the new team started working with clients in the music industry in 2001.

He developed his sector experience in the creative industries by working with video production, film and TV companies.

Mr Price has also worked with software and games developers and is regularly lectures at Midland universities on intellectual property law.

He said: “We can offer an holistic approach to businesses working in this sector. Our sector specific knowledge complements our legal expertise and enables us to provide an excellent service to our clients.”

Thursfields’ new technology, entertainment and media team includes lawyers with expertise across the legal disciplines of intellectual property, commercial and corporate law, employment and human resources, and insolvency services.
