Two solicitors who joined Keelys as trainees in 2001 have been promoted to partner and associate partner by the Lichfield-based firm.
Thirty-year-old Hitesh Punjani becomes partner in the corporate department and 29-year-old Ravinder Sandhu is promoted to associate partner in the employment division.
Mr Punjani, who lives in Fradley, near Lichfield, specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements and high value commercial contracts.
Ms Sandhu specialises in employment law and deals with contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting and advising on employment documentation, tribunal proceedings and compromise agreements.
Managing partner Daniel Keane said: "Hitesh and Ravi have developed their legal practice impressively, with great determination and dedication.
