The managing partner of a West Midlands law firm has been recognised for her drive to improve client service and employee engagement.
Kim Carr, managing partner of FBC Manby Bowdler, was named Managing Partner of the Year at the awards run by LawNet, a network of 66 independent law firms.
Ms Carr has led a number of initiatives helping the firm to embrace change, tackling the challenges of an evolving legal landscape head-on, by developing new, innovative ways of working where the focus is on excellent client care and service delivery of the highest quality.
