International law firm Pinsent Masons, which has a large office in Birmingham, has been ranked number one in Hemscott’s latest quarterly table of Law Firms by Number of AIM-listed clients.
Pinsent Masons now has 59 AIM clients, having gained an extra three contracts since April. The firm is now ranked number two in the AIM 100 league table, up from fourth place in April.
Recent deals for AIM clients include advising NeutraHealth on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Perrigo UK for a purchase price of £6.4 million and on the £6.2 million disposal of its over the counter medicines business to Perrigo UK Acquisitions.
In addition, it has also advised Hydrodec Group on its takeover of Virotec International, which was effected by way of a scheme of arrangement. Virotec is also quoted on AIM.
