The Birmingham office of law firm Shakespeare Martineau has promoted a new partner.
Kim Hawkins covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and share incentive schemes.
He said: "Shakespeare Martineau is a fantastic opportunity for progression within legal services.
"Now that I am a partner, my aim is to help grow the corporate finance team and continue to ensure it moves in the progressive direction Shakespeare Martineau is heading."
