Two of Leamington Spa’s legal firms have joined forces – Ollerenshaw Solicitors has merged with Ian Burr and Co.
Both practices have had offices in the town for more then 15 years.The pair’s combined staff of 35 will now be based at Ollerenshaw’s existing offices in Holly Walk.
Tim Ollerenshaw, senior partner of Ollerenshaw, said: “This provides us with a great opportunity to continue to grow our business in key areas. With adding quality people to the practice, we are strengthening and improving our levels of expertise.”
Ian Burr added: “The merger means we can continue to provide quality legal services and advice to both local business and individuals.”
Ollerenshaw is also currently embarking on a re-development of its online presence.
Amongst a series of initiatives in the pipeline, it is to re-launch its website next month.
