A clinical negligence specialist at Challinors has been appointed to the UK Law Society’s clinical negligence panel.
Sarah Corser, an associate in the Birmingham clinical negligence team of Challinors, has been appointed in recognition of her high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of clinical negligence.
Ms Corser joins Challinors’ clinical negligence team head and partner Richard Bannister on the panel.
Challinors’ Clinical Negligence team is recognised nationally as one of the strongest in the West Midlands and has received high rankings in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Directories latest listings. It is franchised to handle publicly funded Legal Aid work.
