Solihull-based legal and accountancy firm HCB has appointed Rory Barrett as a director within its restructuring and insolvency department.

Mr Barrett, who is based in the Tunbridge Wells office of HCB, was in at the launch of the department four years ago, handling transactional work typically arising out of administrations as well as a range of contentious assignments on behalf of both insolvency practitioners and directors and individuals.

His areas of expertise include bankruptcy and annulments, business and asset sales and office holder actions and bankruptcy and annulments
