Midland law firm HCB has continued its rapid growth with the acquisition of another firm - the fourth in the last three years.
Birmingham firm Young & Lee, based at The Wharf in Bridge Street, has joined HCB, which now has eight offices throughout the region.
Its operations include Solihull, Lichfield, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Redditch, Alcester and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Besides offering legal services in corporate, commercial and personal law, Young & Lee specialise in law for dentists in such areas as dental partnerships and disputes, as well as the purchase and sale of practices.
It currently has five directors and five legal assistants, who will all be staying with the firm under its new title of HCB Solicitors, Young & Lee.
Mike Gahan, chief executive of HCB, which has its head office in Solihull, said: “It has always been our ethos for each of our departments to be expertly peopled by city-trained lawyers and Young & Lee adds to that.”
