A respected litigation lawyer has returned to Worcestershire law firm mfg Solicitors following a 10-year career break.

Land and property dispute expert Sarah Coyne, who held a number of leadership roles at the practice between 1990 and 2004, has re-joined mfg an assistant solicitor.

Ms Coyne will be working closely with partner and head of the firm's litigation division Harjie Singh Bindra.

With expertise in landlord and tenant claims, boundary disputes and trespass issues, Ms Coyne is the latest face to be added to mfg's 11-strong litigation team and will be based at the firm's Bromsgrove office working with a range of clients.

Mr Singh Bindra, said: "Sarah knows the firm well and is already settling back in superbly.

"She is an experienced litigator with top-class credentials which can only reinforce what is already a talented, growing team.

"We are thrilled she is back at mfg and the advice and support she is able to offer both local and national clients is already making a difference."

Ms Coyne added: "After taking time out of the profession to bring up my two children, I am delighted to be back at what is a much larger mfg.

"I originally joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner eight years later. I enjoyed every minute and hope to use that experience and knowledge to help give the best land and property-related advice to our clients in the months and years ahead."

Aside from her role at mfg Solicitors, Feckenham-born Ms Coyne, 46, is also the chair of governors at St Mary's Catholic Primary School, in Studley.

Ms Coyne's appointment at mfg's Bromsgrove office comes a year after the firm acquired Bromsgrove-based practice Scotts Holt & Sellars.
