One of the largest employment law teams in Coventry and Warwickshire has its sights set on expanding into neighbouring counties with a new appointment.
Natalie Roach, who has been listed as an employment law specialist in areas covering Warwickshire and Oxfordshire in the Legal 500, has joined De Marco Solicitors as a consultant.
Ms Roach, who studied at the University of Warwick, has 14 years of experience in her specialist field and has previously been a partner and department head at a large regional legal firm in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.
She is planning to build the presence of De Marco Solicitors in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and her home county of Oxfordshire, as well as developing the firm’s expertise by taking a lead on training and support.
Ms Roach said: “I am delighted to have joined a firm with such a strong reputation and, having just returned from maternity leave, one which encourages a work-life balance to allow the flexibility for me to develop the business from Oxfordshire.”
