Two property lawyers have joined the real estate department at the Stratford upon Avon office of Lodders Solicitors.
James Mottram and Anna Turnell, who join Lodders as associates, have more than 20 years’ combined experience across residential development and commercial property investment transactions.
Mr Mottram, previously an associate with Gateleys’ residential development team in Birmingham, will work alongside Nick East, head of Lodders’ real estate department.
He has acted on a number of large residential development deals, including a £40 million acquisition for a consortium of three housebuilders in Banbury in 2013.
Previously a Solicitor in the real estate team at SGH Martineau in Birmingham, Ms Turnell specialises in large-scale real estate investment transactions and landlord and tenant work, with a particular emphasis in recent years acting for major retailers. She will work alongside Lodders’ partner Mark Lee.
The latest appointments bring fee earner numbers at Lodders’ real estate department to 14.
