Law firm DWF has appointed Alice Broadfield as a banking partner to its Birmingham office.
Ms Broadfield moves to DWF from Faegre Baker Daniels. Prior to that she was a partner and head of the banking team at Pinsent Masons in Birmingham.
She brings 18 years’ experience in the banking and financial sector, having acted for all of the main UK banks in England, Scotland and Ireland.
During her time at Faegre Baker Daniels Ms Broadfield worked with US-based finance partners on projects with US banks and funds both in the US and London.
