Associate Jessica Henley has joined the real estate department at Hill Hofstetter.
Ms Henley had previously worked for Eversheds in Birmingham, where she also trained. She has broad experience in development work having acted for a number of private property developers on acquisition, funding, letting and disposal of both residential and commercial sites.
Real estate partner Sue Simpson said: "Jess is a high calibre candidate with a broad spectrum of skills and property development experience that will add further strength and depth to our real estate team. We are very pleased that she has joined us."

Since its inception as a spin-off from international law firm Reed Smith in January 2009, Hill Hofstetter has taken on four new partners and four associates.
