The commercial property team at a Warwickshire law firm has advised on the lease work for the opening of a new restaurant in Warwick.
The opening of High Pavement in Jury Street followed a £500,000 refurbishment of the venue and Alsters Kelley advised the company involved.
Co-owner of High Pavement, Paul Brown said, “Alsters Kelley has provided us with comprehensive legal support and their expertise guided me successfully through the process without any unnecessary delays.”
“Alsters Kelley is very keen to support and assist new businesses starting up in the local community,” said commercial property lawyer Colin Frowd. “I wish everyone at High Pavement every success with this business venture.”
Venter and Brown Leisure Ltd, the holding company of High Pavement, is already looking to expand the business a second premises, again working with Alsters Kelley.
