Law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed Andrew Noble as associate solicitor to the firm's corporate tax practice in Birmingham.
He joins a department which advises businesses on tax-efficient operations and investments.
Mr Noble will be responsible for growing the corporate tax service at the firm's Birmingham office. He will also be working alongside the firm's corporate tax special-ists in Nottingham.
He said: "I am excited about promoting and growing our tax offering to the Birmingham business community."

Mr Noble began his career at Wragge & Co, qualifying as a solicitor in 1998 and was involved in a broad spectrum of taxation work, in the corporate and property sectors.
A keen musician, he plays with Circle of Five, a blues and rock band. n Since its inception in Spring last year, the six-strong corporate banking team at Browne Jacobson's Birmingham office has completed corporate finance deals with a value totalling more than £300 million.
It has acted for clients such as Catapult Venture Managers and major banks.
