A trio of new tenants is boosting the performance of developer Langtree Group's expanding portfolio of workspace in North Staffordshire.

After record profits announced recently, Langtree Group's Midlands division has welcomed new occupiers at its City Park Trading Estate in Stoke-on-Trent and High Carr networkcentre in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

New arrivals include martial arts trainers WWEQ Ninja Dojo, bath-room and kitchen manufacturer Bespoke Interiors and the UK's largest silo u nblocking specialist Nationwide Access.

Bespoke Kitchens & Bedrooms was lured by the particularly high quality workspace offered by Langtree Group, which is the largest private investor in small business space in North Staffordshire.

The specialist manufacturer has taken a 1,329 sq ft unit at Langtree Group's recently refurbished City Park Trading Estate on Victoria Road, which comprises 16 units from 1,300 to 16,500 sq ft.

Owner Deborah Bell said: "After a long search for new premises, we were immediately impressed by City Park."

WWEQ Ninja Dojo owner Paul Richards was equally impressed by the quality of workspace. He has taken a 2,422 sq ft unit at City Park to accommodate more students. ..SUPL:
