The corporate finance team of accountants and business advisers PKF (UK) LLP has unveiled another appointment to boost its West Midlands presence.
Jat Najran has joined the firm's Birmingham office as director of corporate finance to lead its lead advisory team.
He joins PKF with over 11 years' experience in corporate finance, having previously worked for KPMG and Ernst & Young in Birmingham, as well as a specialist corporate finance boutique.
More recently he was principal lead advisor to the management team of Nasmyth Group on their management buyout and subsequent aerospace "buy and build"
programme. He has also advised management teams and mid-sized companies across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and support services on their strategic and corporate finance options in both the Midlands and London.
PKF's regional head of corporate finance Malcolm Cook said: "Jat's arrival is one of a number of high profile appointments we have made around the country to meet the growing needs of both existing and new clients."
Jat Najran holds a BSc (Hons) and MBA in European Business and Finance from the University of Birmingham as well as the prestigious "CF" qualification from the ICAEW and Securities and
