Technology Service Group (TSG) tomorrow launches its System Care service in the Midlands at this year's Softworld exhibition at the NEC
System Care has been devised to provide a complete IT support and maintenance service to small and medium sized businesses, and has proved to be hugely successful following trials in Scotland and the North of England.
The service helps to monitor and fix IT issues before they become problems, using remote tracking, telephone support and on-site visits, and can be used as a complete outsourced solution, or as a support to existing IT staff
An all-inclusive pricing structure with a clear service level agreement means there are no hidden costs, and the firm says that cover is available from as little as £1 a PC per day, making it particularly suitable for growing SMEs.
There will also be a series of TSG hosted seminars throughout the two day Softworld event, under the banner of 'The Full Monty'.
Each seminar will be delivered by experts from the relevant specialist companies, giving visitors to the exhibition the opportunity to find out about the TSG's Full Monty range of software and service solutions.
Every member of the seminar audiences will also receive £1,000 worth of vouchers to redeem against a range of TSG products and services.
Following TSG's acquisition of Sage and Exchequer software specialists System Advantage in December last year, the sites at Broom, Warwickshire, and Basingstoke, Hampshire, have now been fully integrated into the group. TSG nationally employs 450 staff and provides IT services to 10,000 small and medium sized businesses across the UK with a network of 15 regional sites.
Further expansion plans are in progress in the Midlands, and TSG expects to announce additional growth in the region during the next three to four.
Alan Mann, managing director for TSG Midlands, said: "As the offices in Broom and Basingstoke have become part of TSG, we can now advise on all major accounting and business software, including Exchequer, Microsoft, Pegasus, Sage and SAP, hardware, networking, security installation and system support to new and existing customers in the area.
"Since the group works with all the major suppliers, we offer independent advice, matching the right hardware and software solutions to each customer."
TSG's Broom and Basingstoke offices provide IT solutions and support to 350 customers in the Midlands and South, including United News& Media, National Express, BlenheimPalace, Oxford Brookes University, Gul International, and Nottingham City Transport and Trent.
