An employment law firm near Leamington is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a major investment in IT.

Harbury-based Employment Integration, established in 2001 by solicitor Victoria Donajgrodzka, is preparing for a huge overhaul of the discrimination laws which come into force in October.

As well as doing its legal homework, the company has had its information technology systems updated and supported by Bedworth firm Harry Shaw Business Computers.

Harry Shaw provides Employment Integration with office electronics and computer systems designed to keep the business running smoothly in the fast paced legal profession.

Mrs Donajgrodzka said: "As very much a local business - although we represent clients nationwide - we have good relations with our suppliers and our business relies heavily on information technology systems.

"Employment disputes move very quickly and we need to match the fastest responses by email and fax, and to keep our documents stored electronically and securely."

Employment Integration was started by Mrs Donajgrodzka from her home and has since taken on two additional lawyers and four support staff to work from premises at Churchlands Business Park in Harbury.

The firm handles workplace disputes and focuses on finding quick and cost-effective solutions without the need for an Employment Tribunal.

Mrs Donajgrodzka and fellow employment lawyers Helen Moore and Afshin Bemani act for a range of clients including large corporations, senior executives and staff with a wide r ange of employment issues.

The new law, which comes into force in October, includes the introduction of measures against age discrimination in the work place.

Alistair Blakemore, Harry Shaw Business Computers business development manager, said it was important to maintain the law firm's technology at a time of momentous change for profession.

"The forthcoming changes in employment law mean that the staff at Employment Integration need systems and support they can rely on, both now and in the coming months and years.

"They are a growing firm with an excellent reputation in the sector and we are happy to help the business function smoothly."
