The Birmingham office of law firm Eversheds has been selected as one of the core advisers to FTSE-listed support services and infrastructure giant Interserve.
The appointment is a major new win for the firm.
It sees the office acting as principal legal consultants on real estate and real estate litigation issues for the Midland and Berkshirebased company.
The appointment was made after a pitch from a four-strong team led by head of real estate litigation in the central region, Paul Moorcroft.
Mr Moorcroft said: " Interserve are leaders in their field and they are involved in a large number of exciting projects. It is a fantastic win and we are very excited to be working with them.
"It is not only great news for the team in Birmingham, but also for the firm nationally and potentially internationally. This win is the latest in a very busy year for the real estate team and demonstrates the quality of the clients we work with."
