Birmingham Children’s Hospital has been presented with more than 300 toys and £800 by the Royal Bank of Scotland’s office following its annual charity “toy giving” event.
Now into its third year, this year’s event was held on December 1 at the Jam House and attracted more than 250 customers, local professionals and employees.
Each guest was invited to bring along a toy to contribute to the hospital while local bands provided musical entertainment.
Andrew Mitchell, West Midlands region director at RBS Corporate and Institutional Banking, said: “This is now the third year we’ve held our toy party. We’re really pleased to be able to do this for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. It was a great evening of entertainment for a very worthwhile cause.”
