Heatons' corporate teams from Birmingham and Manchester have completed the sale of three hotel and leisure complexes on behalf of Hanover International and Petchey Holdings in deals worth more than £38.2 million.
The latest deal was advising Tweed Investments, the investment arm of Hanover International, in the disposal of the Hanover International Hotel and Club, Warrington, to Quintessential Hotels.
It comes hot on the heels of a deal, again advising Tweed Investments, in the sale of Sundridge Park Management Centre, based in Bromley, to a subsidiary of Cathedral Group in January, and the sale of Hanover International Hotel and Club, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, to Arinza Star Hotels at the end of last year.
Hanover runs a chain of luxury hotels, clubs and conference and training centres in the UK and Wales.
Matt Fleetwood, corporate partner at Heatons, said: "These three deals are the culmination of a strong working relationship between Heatons and Hanover and Petchey."
