An entire floor in Imperial House - one of the "jewels" of Birmingham's city core - is being let by property adviser GVA Grimley.

GVA Grimley's national office agency department has been instructed by Faber Maunsell to handle the letting of the Temple Street offices' second floor, covering some 9,200 sq ft.

The seven storey building was completely redeveloped by property developer Richardson Barberry in 1998 to a Grade A specification.

It has a high-quality reception foyer, staffed 24 hours a day and eight secure car parking spaces in the basement. The open-plan offices are available by way of an assignment or a sub lease which expires in June 2016 with a tenant-only break clause in 2011.

The rent passing is £21.45 per sq ft, which is way below the city's top market rents, as they are achieving £26.00 plus per sq ft in comparable properties.
