Four more high street names have been announced as tenants of the new £150 million Grand Central shopping centre when it opens next year in Birmingham.
Office Shoes, Paperchase, TM Lewin and Blott will join Fat Face, Handmade Burger Company, Cath Kidston and John Lewis among many others at the retail hub next to New Street station which is undergoing a £600 million regeneration.
These latest signings mean the shopping centre is now 85 per cent full.
Keith Stone, leasing director for Grand Central, said: "With just one year to go until opening in September 2015, it's a very exciting time for the team, as well as the retailers who will be opening in Birmingham, most for the first time.
"Grand Central and John Lewis will be a strong addition to Birmingham's burgeoning retail scene, attracting people from further afield and having a significant impact on tourism and spend per capita in the city."
New additions to the city are Paperchase, opening their first standalone shop, and Blott, a high end stationer that has multiple outlets across the UK including London, Cambridge and Oxford.
Grand Central will have nearly 500,000 sq ft of shopping and dining, including the 250,000 sq ft John Lewis, and more than 60 retailers and restaurants in total.
