Thrive, since its inception two years ago, has been working with others to highlight and encourage Corporate Social Responsibility.

We have shown readers corporate best practice examples and worked with many of you in small discussion groups to develop your own ideas.

Now, we would like to take you out into the community and show you something quite special at the sharp end!

The next Thrive forum will be held at Nechells Regeneration Project on Tuesday, May 22.

The successful project is through the positive collaboration between all of the stakeholders - The Birmingham Foundation in partnership with Birmingham City Council and the Funders, Government Office West Midlands via European Regional Development Fund, Heritage Lottery Fund and Advantage West Midlands.

During the evening, sponsored by Pertemps Employment Alliance, there will be a chance to view the community project. Colin Birchall, Chief Executive at Pertemps People Development Group will also discuss how businesses can make practical applications and the effective use of CSR funding.
