Thirty-five teams took part in the 43rd Second City Charity Golf Tournament, helping to raise £11,500 for chosen charities Arthritis Research Campaign and Focus Birmingham despite the recession.
The winners of the Rod Davies Memorial Bowl were Team FIGS with Finlay Clark from Blackwell as their professional.
The professional’s prize went to Jeremy Robinson from Twyford who shot 66 for the day.
Tournament director Peter Skerritt said: “I would like to thank everyone who supported the tournament and I hope that you will continue to offer your support this year in what should be the best Second City tournament yet.”
Sarah Cooke from the charity, who with her team of helpers, actively sell raffle tickets before and during the event, added: “We have been benefactors for many years and we are delighted to learn that Second City will be supporting us again this year.”
The tournament returns to Little Aston Golf Club on July 14.
