Midlands- based Fresh Space Developments has bought a new site in Lichfield - the residential property developer's sixth purchase in the region over the last year.
The company builds residential developments ranging from two bedroom houses up to executive properties in areas such as Blithfield, near Rugeley, Shareshill and Cannock Chase.
The new 11-plot site in Lichfield will be developed during 2005 to accommodate a mixture of new build and refurbishment featuring both town houses and apartments.
Rob Rafferty, director of Fresh Space Developments, said: "We are really excited with the land purchase in Lichfield. We have focused on providing developments that really fit to local market needs and this is exactly the approach we will take on the Lichfield development.
"It is not simply a case of putting up developments to a set design template, we are trying to create an atmosphere and a community feel with our developments.
"The approach has served us well with the previous developments we have successfully completed around the West Midlands region."
The Royal Bank of Scotland's Birmingham property finance team supplied the company with funding to purchase the site and is providing development backing for the Lichfield project.
