Owners of small businesses in the West Midlands are being invited to a series of free seminars to improve their management skills.
Aston Business School have launched the events after a survey indicated the region's small businesses felt they lacked practical management training.
Topics covered include business coaching, innovation, and leadership skills.
"They are an opportunity for owner and managers of SMEs to hear about latest research and business models and to network," a spokeswoman said.
