Wyre Forest MP Dr Richard Taylor has helped youngsters to "get on their bikes" for employment and training.
During a tour of Beacon Employment, of Stourport-on-Severn, a charity working in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the Black Country, he presented bicycles to youngsters as part of a project set up by Beacon with the support of the Worcestershire Post-16 Transport Partnership.
The aim is to enable them to more easily find jobs and training.
Beacon particularly supports those with learning and other disabilities and those who, for a variety of reasons, have previously found it difficult to obtain employment.
It also runs workshops for bricklaying, woodwork, pottery and other crafts. Funding comes from the Learning and Skills Council, Social Services, Connexions, Children's Services and European Social Funding.
