A former Birmingham Forward executive is the new regional director of the PM Forum, the regionally-based members' association dedicated to raising the standards of professional services marketing.
Lorraine Francis, director of Weave Marketing and formerly executive director of Birmingham Forward, has succeeded Jo Miners to the post.
Ms Miners, of Stonehouse Marketing, was forced to step down due to increasing professional commitments.
Regional chairman June Smallwood-Rose of Shoosmiths said: "Lorraine brings extensive experience of member led organisations with her and we look forward to working together."
She added that under Ms Miners membership of the PM Forum grew and delivered inspiring networking events.
She added: " We are indebted to her and are pleased that she has agreed to remain as a member of regional committee."
Ms Miners said: "PM Forum will be in excellent hands with Lorraine Francis, whose knowledge of the professional services sector in the West Midlands is second to none.
Ms Francis added: "I am so pleased to join the PM Forum at this exciting time and look forward to working with the regional committee and members to build upon the excellent platform provided by Jo Miners.
