Four established freehold pubs in the West Midlands have been put on the market by owners.
Birmingham-based group Penn Street Taverns has instructed Christie + Co to find buyers for the pubs.
They are The Hampton, The Midland and the Beau Brummie, which are all located in Birmingham, and the Wednesbury-based The Bush. The Beau Brummie is based close to St Andrews, Birmingham City’s football stadium.
Available individually, the pubs range in price from £95,000 to £155,000.
Noel Moffitt, Director at Christie + Co, said: “These four substantially-sized pubs will prove equally popular with developers and established local operators. The location of the Beau Brummie should ensure it attracts high levels of interest in particular.”
Penn Street Taverns currently operates 15 pubs across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire.
